equipment and processes.   

Development

Here we have several SolidWorks CAD 3D design workstations at our disposal. For the rapid realisation of models and prototypes, we also use a high-performance 3D casting room printer.

Our workshop offers

- Individual and series assembly of complete assemblies

- CNC machining processes (portal), turning, drilling, cutting to size 

- Forming techniques and various welding processes

- Pop and aerospace riveting processes

- Glass, Kevlar and carbon laminates using wet or prepreg processes

- Tempering and powder coating

In addition, we have a network of long-standing suppliers at our disposal. What we cannot manufacture or produce economically is quickly and reliably realised for you by our numerous partners.

Warehouse organisation and logistics

We have an extensive, barcode-organised warehouse. Only in this way are we able to respond flexibly to the needs of our customers and to react quickly if necessary. We are supported by a modern merchandise management system, which enables us to act quickly and flexibly. Shipping is carried out by UPS. 

We transport large products such as ITS-Terra, PTS-Medevac or Heavystar with our long-term courier contract partner or our own transporter.
