Two basic versions:
ITS- Children and ITS-Children-ECMO
The transfer of life-threateningly ill or injured children places particularly high demands on staff, material, means of transport and interfaces.
In cooperation with several children's hospitals, Starmed has developed two fundamentally different ITS versions.
The ITS-Terra Intensive Care Transport System "Children" (picture left) and the special system "Children's ECMO" (picture below).
The children's version is based on the successful ITS-Terra 100 and can be modularly equipped with different medical devices from emergency and intensive care medicine.
The children's ECMO system is a unique special solution for the transport of premature and newborn babies and was developed in 2006 in cooperation with the University Children's Hospital in Mannheim.
It differs significantly from the ITS-Terra children's version.
